BOOKING / CONFIRM
  • Contact us through our website or use ‘DM’ on our Instagram main page.
  • We will send you a contract and an invoice once all the required information is gathered.
  • Your booking will be confirmed once you have checked the contract and paid a deposit ($50, non refundable).

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATIONS/ REFUNDS
  • For rescheduling, you need to let us know at least 2 weeks before the shooting date. Otherwise, we cannot reschedule your session.
  • In outdoor shooting, we will confirm the photo-shoot a day before or on the day of the shooting. In case of rain or harsh weather, we can reschedule your session to another date, which is agreed by both parties.
  • If you are more than 30 minutes late, the reservation will be considered a no-show and will be cancelled for the next reservation.
  • The deposit is non-refundable.
EDITED / DELIVERY
  • It depends on the workload of the session. Mostly, we try to send it within 10 business days (1 month for wedding photos).
  • Skin retouch includes brightness, skin tone, scars, and simple removal of blemishes.
  • All files will be automatically deleted after 60 days.
